ABOUT US
since 2018​
During the last 25 years, I have managed to develop my career and reach the position of amongst others: Group Executive Head Chef, Chef Lecturer, and Corporate Catering and Project Manager. I have opened 5 STAR Graded Hotels and am part of the set-up and the opening team of two concept Corporate Canteens.
With my experience, dedication, passion, and extensive training including a National Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering, my immediate objective is to further my career in hospitality and to pursue my passion for the hospitality industry.
